A 50% retainer is REQUIRED to book your session.Those who pay a retainer first, get first choice on available sessions! Retainers are NONREFUNDABLE.
The remainder of your payment is due before your session begging by the invoice that you will received a few days before your session. I can always accommodate for you the best way of payment just let me know in advance :)
Timing in this industry is crucial! Most of my sessions are right before sunset or in studio and some days I have multiple sessions scheduled .If you are LATE, it only cuts time out of your session and may result in your album not being fulfilled. please allow your self enough time to arrive at least 5-10 minutes early!
24 hours notice is required when needing to reschedule! please take into consideration that it may be weeks before have another available spot & am able to fit you in!if you cancel/reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, you will have to pay another retainer to book again. Clients can only reschedule once, after that you will have to pay another retainer to book again.
for things such as bad weather- that's is neither your doing or mine, we will work together to find a solution! :)
AR.photography.LLc will edit all images consistent with her current portfolio. Images in your album will be selected by the photographer, if there are any extras , those will be sent in a separate gallery. Images in your final album cannot be switched out for images in your extras album. images in the extra album are solely available for purchase at $15/image.
There is absolutely NO ALTERING, CROPPING OR ADDING FILTERS TO THE PHOTOS.
A parent/ guardian must be present. they are more than welcome to stay in the car, they just need to be there!
AR.photography is NOT responsable in the event any injury or death at ANY giving time, including when client(s) are traveling to/from their session.
